Toolkitly policies

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Toolkitly, including all existing tools and any future services we ship on this platform.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing Toolkitly or any tool hosted under this domain you agree to these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and any additional guidelines we publish for new modules. If you disagree, do not use the site.

2. Service description

Toolkitly offers browser-based productivity software, currently including a word and character counter. The platform will expand to include additional content and SEO utilities. Unless stated otherwise, Toolkitly processes input directly in your browser and does not store your content on our servers.

We may introduce optional account features, integrations, or premium plans. Those offerings will include supplemental terms and may require identity or billing information.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Toolkitly, including attempting to breach security, copy or resell the service, or use it to process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Automated scraping is prohibited without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate access if your usage threatens service stability or violates these policies.

4. Intellectual property

Toolkitly and its logos, brand assets, and proprietary code are owned by Toolkitly LLC (or future corporate entity). You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using the service you grant us the rights needed to operate, such as storing cached versions or generating analytics, without claiming ownership of your content.

5. Warranty disclaimer

Toolkitly is provided “as is” without warranty, express or implied. We make no guarantees that results will be accurate, reliable, or uninterrupted. You assume all responsibility for how you use the outputs from Toolkitly tools.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Toolkitly, its founders, or contributors be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Modifications

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated versions will become effective when posted. Material changes will be announced in the app changelog and, where feasible, via email to account holders.
